The fourth-generation (WK2) Grand Cherokee was launched for the 2011 model year, and made an impressive production run through 2021 before Jeep announced it would finally be replaced in 2022. As the marque’s flagship model, it underwent regular powertrain and interior upgrades, and by its final evolution, it remained one of the most capable and luxurious factory off-roaders offered to the public.
Power comes from a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6, rated at 240 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. Output is directed to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
